What Is A Deed Of Trust Investment?
A Deed Of Trust (similar to a mortgage) is the document recorded on a specific property at the County Recorder's Office, encumbering the property with a lien. You receive this Deed Of Trust at closing, and it serves as collateral for your Promissory Note, which you also receive at closing.

Your Return On Investment (ROI)
You fund a fully insured property that requires renovation. In exchange, you receive quarterly payments of 11% principal & interest for 3 years, and you can liquidate at any time with no penalty. Better still -- your funds can come from an IRA or 401k, so your earnings are tax-deferred or even tax-free.

1. Promissory Note, which defines the terms of our agreement. It serves as the "I-O-U" for the transaction.
